Private Obedience - 6 Sessions

Service Description

Private sessions are a great option for those who want more in-depth understanding of dog learning and to hone their own abilities. The lesson program is customized to your specific goals and is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to work with your dog on your own. During these intensive 1:1 sessions, we deep dive into specific questions or techniques and usually make greater progress during a 6-week period than can be achieved in group courses. You will get from this program what you put into it. Those who come with an open mind and take the time to really understand the theory and science behind the exercises will reap the highest rewards. Do 5-10 minutes of homework throughout your day and you will develop a new level of insight into your dog's behavior and how to shape that behavior in a way that strengthens the bond and partnership with your dog. No special equipment is required. We train on a flat collar and leash. Expect to spend 5-10 minutes practicing each day. More instructions are provided before the first session. As with all my courses, I am always available for questions and troubleshooting - both during the course as well as once the course completes. My goal is to set you and your dog up for success for the long haul.
